phokd requires KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before you can make withdrawals. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID. You may also be asked to provide proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement) and a selfie holding your ID. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours on business days.

On the phokd Login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter the email address linked to your account. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes. No. phokd strictly enforces a one account per player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. You can update certain account details such as your contact number and address from within your phokd account settings. Changes to your registered name or date of birth require identity verification and must be requested through our support team at [email protected]. phokd supports a wide range of Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. We are continuously working to add more options for Filipino players. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

We recommend checking with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally fee-free on the player's end.

A withdrawal may be placed on hold for several reasons: your account KYC verification is incomplete, there is an active bonus with pending wagering requirements, or our compliance team has flagged the transaction for a routine review.
